How The Design Process Works
Firstly, our Design Manager will undertake a full survey of the proposed works which would include Bathroom materials, different trades needed, electrics, plumbing, possible new windows, roof lights or Velux windows, even down to the type of skirting boards. All these and more will be taken into consideration at the survey stage.
We can visualise your bathroom for you so that you can consider every permutation of colour, material, accessories and suites with a view to your perfect bespoke bathroom.
Once the quote and design are confirmed we will then programme your works in with our fitting team. You will be invited into our offices for a cup of Yorkshire tea and to sign the contracts so you will always have confidence and security in your new bathroom.
A programme of works will then be drawn up for all the trades and this will be communicated to yourselves. The customer will always know what works are to be undertaken daily.
While the works are ongoing then all you need to do is sit back while we work our magic.
We will never ask for money upfront; payments will be in instalments. You will only pay for the materials and work undertaken and never pay for more in any part payment. This way the customer can always be secure in the knowledge that they are getting the best value for work deal.
